| ƒOrdering„ |
| (1) | Please order by phone, fax, email, or Order Form. |
| (2) | We will contact you for order confirmation. At that time please remit a 30% deposit. |
| (3) | After confirming the remittance, we will begin tailoring. |
| (4) | If you order only a pattern, it will be delivered one week after the order. |
| (5) | If you order fitting, it will be delivered one week after the last day of fitting. |
| (6) | If you order complete tailoring, the garment will be delivered one week after the pattern is finished. |
| (7) | Please remit the remainder within one week of the delivery. |
| (8) | We will make your garment according to your request: you can send a clipping from a magazine or clothing with design similar to what you would like to order. |
| (9) | If you also order fabric, the fee includes fees for other materials such as linier material, padding, shoulder pads, buttons, or zippers. |
| (10) | The fee for a suit with a jacket and skirt including fitting (excluding fabric) is from 57,750 yen. For a suit with a jacket and pants, the fee is from 63,000 yen. |
| ƒFitting„ |
| ¡ | * If fitting is included in your order, after making a pattern based on the measurement, we will send staff to your location for fitting with sheeting. |
| ¡ | If the transportation fee to visit your location costs more than 1,000 yen, only the excess will be charged. |
| ¡ | For customers in remote areas, we will send the sewed sheeting to try on. We will give you the instructions to confirm in advance. |
| ƒMethod of Payment„ |
| ¡ | Please remit payment to our postal account. |
| ¡ | Please add the remittance fee to your payment. |
| ƒDelivery„ |
| ¡ | The garment will be delivered by mail or home delivery service depending on the size of the garment. The delivery fee will be charged to the customer. |
| ƒReturning and Exchange„ |
| If the garment is different from what you ordered or is of inferior quality, we will replace it (excluding the following cases) |
| ¡ | If the garment has been worn |  |
| ¡ | If the garment has damage or stains caused by the customer. | |
| ¡ | If ten days have past since delivery. |
